At the same time, the industrial transfer of foreign downstream processing enterprises to China will also stimulate the growth of domestic demand for para aramid. It is estimated that the demand for para aramid fiber in China will exceed 10000 tons in 2015 and 20000 tons in 2020. Therefore, para aramid fiber has a good market prospect in China, focusing on strategic emerging industries, major projects of national economic construction, national defense and military industry, and structural upgrading and adjustment of material industry. In the next few years, the production capacity of para aramid fiber in China will usher in a stage of rapid improvement. In addition, according to the 12th Five Year Plan, during this period, China's 1000 ton para aramid production technology will achieve a breakthrough and enter a rapid growth period, thereby driving the rapid development of related industries

although China has also carried out the localization research and development of para aramid fiber, and has made some progress, the localization process of para aramid fiber in China is still relatively slow and does not have the capacity of large-scale competition because the key engineering technology, production technology of main raw materials, processing and manufacturing technology of key equipment for the production of para aramid fiber have not been well solved. To this end, the state should strengthen macro-control, concentrate its advantages and speed up the industrialization of para aramid fiber. At the same time, in order to break through the key technologies as soon as possible and realize the stable and reliable localization of the performance of special equipment and additives, it is necessary for the state to continue to increase the financial support for key scientific and technological projects, and promote the rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productivity through the alliance of industry, University, research and application, so as to cultivate a relatively complete upstream, middle and downstream industrial chain, so as to realize the real localization of para aramid fiber. However, it should also be noted that compared with other conventional chemical fiber products, para aramid products have the characteristics of high technical content, high capital threshold and high market risk, and their downstream market development and application are limited to a few fields with high requirements for material performance. Therefore, relevant national departments should make overall planning, rather than blindly develop, in order to avoid killing each other, It affects the steady and healthy development of para aramid and its related industries in China
